Every 3rd Sunday of January, Cebu will celebrate its grandest fiesta and it is Sinulog festival. Sinulog festival honors the celebration of the patron saint of Cebu City, Senior Santo Niño.
Sinulog features a street dancing costumed in bright colors. Participants dances on the street with the rhythm of the drums. Most of the participants dances holding the image of Santo Niño with them, swinging HIM for praise.
